About Referrals and Fees
Self-referral- Individuals can make contact to discuss accessing our service. Full fees required when self-referring- you are not eligible for Medicare rebate.
Psychiatrist/GP referrals- Require a mental health care plan when accessing Medicare rebate. Individuals are required to pay gap fee.
10 sessions
Connective Insight Wellbeing must receive the referral prior to the day of appointment if claiming Medicare rebate.
All payments are to be made at the time of appointment.
Sessions are 50 minutes
Cost- $190
When eligible for Medicare rebate required to pay the gap usually around $82.00 (currently)
If requiring a report e.g. court two week's notice must be provided, and a cost will be required prior to report being completed
Fees for Clinical Supervision sessions
Sessions are 1 hour and $190
